“I took a nasty fall while on my trip in Seoul and needed to see a doctor. On WhatsApp they were able to get an appointment for me the same day. As an American tourist it can be really stressful but Dr HeeJun Kim and his team were amazing! They provided me a quote, I feel like things were done fairly, friendly, quick, and efficient.”

Plan Your Orthopedic Treatment in Seoul
Send your medical records and imaging before making travel arrangements. Dr. Kim reviews your case personally and advises whether an in-person evaluation in Seoul is likely to be worthwhile.
How to Plan Your Visit
Send Your Records
Send available MRI or X-ray images, medical reports, previous treatment history and a brief description of your symptoms.
Preliminary Medical Review
Dr. Kim reviews whether your condition appears suitable for evaluation or treatment at Nucellin. A detailed diagnosis cannot be confirmed without consultation and examination.

You do not need an interpreter to explain your symptoms, ask questions or understand the proposed treatment plan.
- Consultation and physical examination conducted directly in English
- Imaging findings and treatment options explained by Dr. Kim
- Questions discussed directly with the doctor
When We Reply
We usually respond within one business day, Monday to Friday.
Our clinic operates on Korea Standard Time (KST, UTC+9). Response times may be longer on weekends, Korean public holidays or when additional medical review is required.
For reference, Seoul is 1 hour ahead of Singapore, 8–9 hours ahead of London and 13–14 hours ahead of New York. Time differences vary during daylight-saving periods.
Clinic hours
Korean public holidays vary each year and are listed on the contact page.
What to Send
Please send any available MRI or X-ray images as JPG, PDF or DICOM files, or through a secure download link. Please also include relevant medical reports and a short summary of your symptoms, how long they have been present, and any previous treatment or surgery.
Hannam-dong, central Seoul
The clinic is in Hannam-dong, a residential district in Yongsan-gu close to the city centre, the embassy quarter and Itaewon.
From Incheon International Airport
- Airport limousine bus 6010: boards at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, 80 to 100 minutes depending on traffic, around ₩17,000 with a T-money card accepted. Get off at the Hannam-dong (한남동) stop, which is on Dokseodang-ro directly in front of the building.
- Airport taxi: approximately 60 to 80 minutes depending on traffic. Valet parking is available at the building.
- Airport Railroad (AREX): to Seoul Station, then taxi or subway, approximately 80 minutes total.
Staying nearby
Hannam-dong and neighbouring Itaewon have hotels and serviced residences within a short walk or taxi ride of the clinic, from simple guesthouses to five-star hotels. Because most regenerative treatments are day procedures, patients usually stay wherever suits their trip and come in for appointments. If you would like suggestions for your dates, ask when you enquire.
